Build Your House of Joy — Small Group Workshop

Join me in The Tarot Van of Love (more here), for a structured but fun workshop based on the card set that accompanies Holly Ringland's inspirational bestselling book, The House that Joy Built. NB Holly, by coincidence, wrote her second novel, The Seven Skins of Esther Wilding, in a vintage caravan, so this cosy, floral-themed venue is very fitting! No matter where you're at in your creative life, this intimate small group workshop promises to get you started, keep you going, or to nurture some aspect of your creativity that has been paused or not yet fully explored. This will be a group process held over four weeks. Each week, we will cover two of the following eight key areas of focus. The card deck offers questions pertaining to each, with an exploration of how each issuing manifests in either its positive or "shadow" form. There will be opportunities to write, reflect and break into pairs and in circle to discuss the key "prompts" and to share our observations. You may even wish to draw your insights—I'll provide pencils and crayons. There will (weather permitting) be opportunities to take a little walk or to sit in nearby zones, solo or in pairs and trios: the nearby park (being in Nature provides many answers!); The Catio; the living Room. I'll supply the venue, the facilitation, the art gear, tea and coffee. You supply your enthusiasm to nurture your creativity, a note book and pen, and any other nibblies or refreshments of your choosing. The eight themes we will explore over four weeks...
